Sick Husband

I haven't been here for a few days. My husband has been sick and we have been at the hospital having tests this week so it may be a few more days before I can get to everyone and comment on their blogs.

Yet Another Frame

My friend Amber just got engaged and asked me to make a frame for her (my frames have become quite the item of late for some reason) engagement picture. She gave me two pictures to choose from. Actually, I am going to make her another one with the other picture as well (I'll post it when I finish it) but she doesn't know it so it will be a little surprise for her. I'm thrilled she asked me to do this for her.

Another Little Sis Card

I made this card today for my Little Sis. I got an order in today from A Muse and I just LOVE this couch. I colored it with a Prisma marker. I also wanted darker blue brads but I didn't have any so I colored the brads with a Primsa marker too. I put little blue "gems" on the pillows. They are tiny little shits to work with. I found them today at Hob Lob on clearance for .86 cents. There are about 50 in the bag. BARGAIN!

Card for my Little Sis

This is a card that I made for my Little Sis onver on SCS. It is with one of my new MFT stamps. I just love the "Who's That Girl" stamps. I hope my LS likes it.

My Precious Maggie

This is my sweet little girl. She is part beagle and part sheltie. My husband says that she is not a "mutt," but she is a "gentle mix of two fine breeds." She has so many nicknames. We call her, Magpie-Head-Face-Dog-Toes-Nose (I know, we are goofy), Magpie, Magnolia, Blossom, P-Pie (I have no idea how that one came into being), Billy (as in Silly Billy).

She is precious and we just love her. Of course she only listens to daddy and she steps all over me but any dog I have ever had has done that. It only irritates me when she is barking.

I'm actually surprised we got these pictures because she hates the camera. She always turns her head away.

Stamp-A-Ma-Jig

I just got one of these contraptions and can honestly say that I must be a total idiot! I just DON'T GET IT! I don't get the plastic sheet and stamping on it. I don't get how to place the stamps. I get really angry when I cannot figure things out that should NOT be rocket science!
